Main responsibilities

You will carry out the implementation process of the document management of one of the #IDEnergyGroup headquarters, specifically on-site in #Poland, during the first #4 #months, under the same process already established in other headquarters and you will give support to the rest of the countries when necessary from our offices in Madrid or Ciudad Real.

- Analysis and study of corporate and project documentation in order to organize the documentation under standardized documentary structures.
- Coding of large volumes of documentation.
- Purge of files.
- Support in the migration of documentation to the SharePoint platform, drafting migration schemes necessary for the transfer.
- Training and support for employees on the use of the management system in SharePoint and the best practices for document control.
- Drafting, maintenance and updating of classification charts and description documents.
- Support in the development of training manuals and translations.
- Support in the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Information and Documentation degree or in Library Science and Documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document management in the engineering, construction, renewable energy sector.
- English C1.
